I had the great privilege of being coached in preparation for an industry keynote presentation last fall. I found my coaching sessions went much deeper than just preparation and presentation skills. We were able to dig deep into my own psychology and get me mentally prepared for the big day. I found our sessions to be uniquely tailored to my own personal needs. We reviewed historical footage of speaking engagements and had good practice sessions to help eliminate bad habits.
